Terms & Conditions

1. Voucher is valid for 12 months from date of purchase.
2. Voucher is good for one person and any treatments to the voucher value.
3. Vouchers are not replaceable if lost, stolen, destroyed or expired.
4. A credit card is required to secure the booking when making an appointment.
5. Voucher number must be presented to Mizu reception at time of appointment.
6. All bookings must be made as far in advance as possible and at least 14 days prior to the chosen date.
